We are currently located at Tweedies Bar & Lodge in Grasmere.

Tweedies have a fantastic range of food & drink and there are facilities on site as well.

There is parking at Tweedies and a pay & display.

We ask you to bring 2 towels - One to sit on during your sauna and one to dry you off with when you come out.

No. We are an independent business and Tweedies are not affiliated.

There is the River Rothay that runs through Grasmere but not close enough to use. We will provide 2 dipping baths for you.

It is recommended to get there 10 minutes early to give you time to get parked and get ready. Not too early so the earlier sessions are disrupted.

If a cancellation is made less than 48 hours before the session then we are unfortunately unable to process a refund. If the cancellation is over 48 hours then there will be a booking fee deducted from it.
